St Lucia Reps is local agent for many tour operators and wholesalers providing a varying range of services for each. Our client base, while it stretches right around the world, is predominantly out of gateways in North America, U.K., Germany and Canada. We believe and those for whom we provide services have concurred, that our systems, procedures and programme cover is amongst the best internationally and we have received accolades to back this up. The secret of our success is making sure that we provide the level of cover and services required, while making sure we acknowledge the profile and ethos of the individual product marketed and promised by the different operators.


Our services are always customised to the requirements of the Tour Operator, which can be as little as a meet and greet service at the airport on arrival, to a completely comprehensive destination/resort management programme. Our team is made up of people with many years of experience in all areas of the tourism industry, both individually and collectively.
Our staff wear our generic uniform unless provided by the tour operator, again in keeping with the requirements of the individual company. We will provide lockable office space within our modern and conveniently located and well appointed offices for your overseas personnel to work from, if this is how you want to customize your operations. And although many have started their operations by sending in their own supervisory level staff all have eventually had the confidence in our services to remove them asking us to handle their operations in resort, obviously

 
considerably reducing costs in the process. Our flexibility is yet another of the services put at your disposal.

Our Destination Department more often referred to as Operations is operational 365 days of the year. Our Duty office shift is manned by a team of 3 duty officers who between them provide 24 hour cover for general enquiries and emergency assistance. The duty officers along with the service manager and supervisor provide back up to our team of reps out in the field, and are on call to assist with hospital visits or customer care if required when the resps are out making their hotel visits.

 

Our Transfers and reservations department, work with our tailor made computer reservation software which affords us instant access to a variety of reports on customer information from a simple transfer pick up list to a complete audit of all passengers on island in the event of an emergency. This team also works 7 days a week and assists the reps whilst they are at the hotels by taking care of extra to allocation or special requests which are time sensitive.
