Our Destination Department more often referred to as Operations is operational 365 days of the year. Our Duty office shift is manned by a team of 3 duty officers who between them provide 24 hour cover for general enquiries and emergency assistance. The duty officers along with the service manager and supervisor provide back up to our team of reps out in the field, and are on call to assist with hospital visits or customer care if required when the resps are out making their hotel visits. |

Our
Transfers and reservations department, work with our tailor made computer
reservation software which affords us instant access to a variety of reports
on customer information from a simple transfer pick up list to a complete
audit of all passengers on island in the event of an emergency. This team
also works 7 days a week and assists the reps whilst they are at the hotels
by taking care of extra to allocation or special requests which are time
sensitive. |
